So, this morning, I dreamt that Wil Wheaton and I were co-med students and I had a crush on him, but I was dating Ice Cube, who’d just professed his love to me. This led to an awkward moment because I was thinking about dumping Ice Cube to pursue Wil. Fortunately, Ice Cube got distracted when we looked over and saw a drunk Christine Baranski out in the middle of the street doing rather naughty things to some man.

Six hours after picking it up, I finished reading it.

Olivia is 6 months old today!

Last night Dale and I had dinner at Johnny Carino’s. There was an older couple sitting at the table next to us. They finished long before we did, and as they were leaving, they stopped and ask to see Olivia. She was in her carseat on one of those stands pulled up next to our table. After some cooing and compliments, we wished each other a good evening and they left.

Afterwards, I looked at Dale and said the man had looked very familiar. Dale agreed, but we weren’t sure where we’d seen him. The more I thought about it, the more I began to think he was one of the designers from Trading Spaces. I have only seen a few episodes, so I wasn’t positive, but Dale seemed to think that’s where we’ve seen him. I almost wanted to run out into the parking lot and ask him, but what could I say? “Hey, are you from Trading Spaces? I have no idea what your name is, but I think I’ve seen you on an episode.”

Well, I just checked the TS web site and it turns out we were right! Frank Bielec and his wife, Judy, live right here in Katy. And they said Olivia was adorable. It was her first celebrity encounter!
